  • Ice cubes
  • High quality tonic water

  • Freshly squeezed blood orange
  • Lime
  1. Fill your glasses with ice cubes.
  2. Put the gin and the blood orange juice in first and top up with tonic water.
  3. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and a lime wedge.

Blackberry & Meyer Lemon Gin & Tonic

  • Blackberries
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Meyer lemons (can sub. regular lemons)
  • Simple syrup
  • Premium gin
  • High quality tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  1. Place three or four blackberries, five mint leaves, juice of ½ lemon, and one tablespoon simple syrup into a highball glass and muddle together.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, followed by a measure of gin. Top off each drink with your chosen tonic water, stir and serve.

Cucumber & Rosemary Gin and Tonic

  • Cucumber
  • Lime
  • Rosemary Sprigs
  • Premium gin
  • High quality tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  1. In a highball glass, add three slices of peeled cucumber, one sprig of rosemary, juice from a lime wedge and one measure of gin. Muddle with the back of a spoon.
  2. Strain through a mesh strainer into a second highball glass. Fill with ice and three slices of unpeeled cucumber. Top with tonic and serve garnished with rosemary sprigs.

Grapefruit and Tarragon Gin and Tonic

  • Two sprigs of fresh tarragon, plus extra for garnish
  • One tablespoon brown sugar
  • Ruby red grapefruit, strained
  • Premium gin
  • High quality tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle two sprigs of tarragon and the sugar.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes, a squeeze of grapefruit juice and the gin. Shake it up.
